This coach kept us cool in the summer and warm in the winter for 2 years while we worked out of it in San Antonio. It is heavily insulated so the single roof air is sufficient. I have the propane furnace but did not re-install it during the renovation. We get by fine (to 20°) with a couple of small electric cube heaters.
