Unique Features

  • Rare twin bed with side dry bath.
  • Roof top storage pod
  • Two AC’s (one newer than the other)
  • Original Alex Birch screen door
  • Itemized spreadsheet with all repairs and improvements going back to 1992.
  • Well maintained and garage kept. Exterior paint is in excellent condition.

Updated interior in 2017

  • New headliner, wall coverings, hardwood flooring, and leather upholstery
  • Fiberglass resurfaced in dry bath with teak flooring and porcelain toilet added
  • Flexsteel drivers and passenger seating
  • Custom cabinets installed above the kitchen and dinette windows give the main living area a more open feel.
  • Lower cabinets are original to the coach and have been refinished.
  • Under cabinet dimmable, LED, touch lighting was added in the dining area and over kitchen counters.
  • New cooktop, sink, and faucet were also added at that time. 
  • All windows have new, pleated shades with additional night shades in the sleeping area. 
  • Custom platform is available that fits between the two rear beds to form one king bed.
  • New Pendleton brand quilted bedding included. Memory foam mattresses.

Exterior and Mechanical

  • Engine battery and new tires in 2023.  (16” Alcoa wheels)
  • Original Onan 6kw generator is in good condition and starts every time.
  • Electronics include: Backup and side cameras, CD, DVD, Bluetooth, Navigation
  • Snap-on exterior, solar windshield cover provides privacy while parked.
  • Awning in fair condition
  • Upgraded rear air bags by Alex Ferrera about 6,000 miles ago
  • New radiator in 2015
  • Set up for dry camping. Two waste tanks and one large fresh water tank

Other

    The windshield wipers haven’t been used since we’ve used the coach. Rain-x has worked fine for us. Wiper motor runs but the system might need some work.
    • The rear AC breaker sometimes trips and may need to be replaced.
    • Driver side airbag has an extremely slow leak that we have been unable to locate.
    • There are several tubs of new replacement parts and supplies that go with the sale as well as origial manuals and GMC memoraibilia.
