This beautiful GMC is an Arizona coach, not from the rust belt. It was purchased by the second owner in Houston as original, in approximately 2004 if memory serves, but I have all history and documents on the coach, including original owner manuals and books.

He added exterior modifications: visor, air dam, bumper wraps, head and tail light upgrades, entire coach (original white) was stripped and redone custom in 2007. He also started the interior upgrades with flex steel captains and rear beds, granite counter on kitchen and removed the oven/stove (we cook outside mostly with grill and electric skillet). Replaced toilet with new.
Power inverter, plug in or not, go anywhere on or off the grid!

I purchased it in October 2010, flew to Dallas, and owner drove to meet us from Houston. Believe me please, pictures do not do it justice and I couldn't wait to take it home! We purchased it with 71k on the clock and drove to Minnesota.

Adds in 2010 - quad bag system, 6 new Michelin LTX's.

Adds in 2011 - Thorley headers, new water heater, dash pad, fan, cleaned and tested suburban furnace (never used).

Adds from 2012-2015:
New carb on original 6000 watt Onan generator (1,000 hrs)

Zip Dee awning-beautiful match to custom paint (maroon and white)

New dinette with custom storage underneath seats and converts to guest bed

Tile in bath floor

Bluetooth radio and new Pioneer speakers front and rear. It has great sound.

New curtains in the bathroom

Carter in-line fuel pump with dash shut off (spare in coach with misc hoses/belts/parts

New Onan computer board

At 81k (fall of 2015) rebuilt motor and transmission (closed bearings, high pressure oil pump, etc) 1,000 miles now on the motor, has 82k total presently.

Probably forgot some modifications as this beauty has truly been a labor of love! I have a box of all previous owner receipts and mine. Many parts from Applied GMC (Jim and I are on first name basis :-)) and many other GMC suppliers, as well as original manuals and parts books.

You can buy cheaper coaches but I think this is where you will end up regardless with the improvements and upgrades you want and need for a dependable and pretty coach! And drive them! Find a machine that handles and drives like this one.

It's always stored under cover so please make an apointment for viewing so I can grab it out of storage . No disappointments! No one believes it is celebrating it's 40th birthday (buy now and still time to get recognized at GMCMI fall rally as anniversary coach survivor!)

We purchased it a year ago from the second owner and have done a lot of work on it. We only put a thousand miles on it. It has 83,000 miles on it now. This is an Arizona Coach, not from the rust belt.

The Zip Dee awning perfectly matches the custom maroon and white paint.

New dinette with custom storage underneath and converts to a guest bed.

Also available, a Blue 2006 Saturn Vue Tow Car, Blue Ox tow bar, and everything else it take to pull it. $4,000
