An immaculate, one owner 1973 23' Yellow Painted Desert

with 51,342 miles in amazing condition! Well loved and cared for by an ex mechanic. Babied all it's life in enclosed shelter. Alcoa LTS Rims with "as new" Michelin tires, Ramco remote mirrors, Ragusa Step, Wind Wings, Driver's side full length Zip Dee window Awning, Duo-Therm Briskair heatpump, Dometic RM2510 2 way Frig, stove works, roof storage pod w solar panel on top, Smart battery charger / voltage converter, Fantastic vent fan, updated short nap floor carpeting, full 6" matress over original rear seating, updated cockpit seating with Flexsteel Leather 6 way eletric captain chairs, Headliner in good condition. Day / Night shades throughout, several new gauges beneath dash, Absolutely beautiful "No Rust" frame. Includes a transcooler. Bumpers shine well and have no rust. All exterior rubber on windows and rub rails is like new! No foging on windshields. Cruise control works perfectly. Dash A/C blows cold. Cranks right up and runs smoothly with no exhaust leaks, drives quitely and steers nicely at 55mph. Brakes smoothly.

Tires are 9 years old (1714) but stored indoors on wood and look like new (for what that's worth). Furnace didn't start right away, horn did't work, and 4k Onan turned over slowly and wouldn't start. A few paint nicks near top. There was floor fire above a faulty muffler some 20 years or so ago that was completely replaced/repaired correctly.

Comes with sale: Original cockpit seats which includes buddy seat as well as another set of seats he wasn't happy with. Replacement SS water heater tank in the box as well as a brand new OEM air bag. Jack hook and hydraulic jack, spare belts and hoses, 50a power cable with extension, a portable air compressor, ... Many spare parts and original parts that have been replaced.
