Replaced ALL rubber hoses, fuel lines, belts, and cv boots, front wheel bearings, shocks all around, all brakes, and overhauled the transmission.

House A/C replaced with 13k btu unit with heat strip

Sanded off all old paint, primed, and painted in 2018

Interior refurbished 18 years ago. Still in good shape except for a small wear spot on the captain seat. Headliner needs to be replaced. In the area it has begun to sag is now held up with staples and thumbtacks.

Tires new 07/2018. 3,000 or less miles on them.

Rear brakes re-done 2019

Two Fantastic Fans

Driven this month to exercise it. Drove great. I would drive it anywhere, anytime. I drove it 40,000 miles the first 10 years I owned it and had no problems.

What Doesn’t Work: Dash A/C is marginal, House furnace never worked (heat strip in roof air keeps us warm). ONAN has a starting quirk.

Refrigerator works but is original

There is no propane in the tank right now but the stove has always worked in the past. Will test it shortly.

Toilet/Shower work fine

Electrical: all lights work, interior and exterior. Has 1600 watt 12v-120v converter

Microwave works

Bed: removed two couches in the rear and installed custom-made queen-size bed.

Located at East Texas home. Would drive to local town, Quitman, Winnsboro, Mineola to show. Has been stored partially covered for the last 2 years at our property. Covered parking prior.
